Wow, Three Years…

In eight days, I’ll officially celebrate three whole years of blogging!  In 2 years, 357 days, I’ve done 690 posts, gotten 2,788 comments, 50 tags and have had 10,014 pieces of spam removed (and counting)!

God, I’ve met so many interesting people via their words over all this time!  I’ve seen so many different points of view, the world seen through the eyes of so many others… and it makes one feel enriched by the experience.  It’s never about those numbers in the first sentence; they’re okay, if you like numbers.  It’s about the people behind all those creative blog names, being able to peek inside their minds and, by doing so, share pieces of them in the same way I share pieces of myself – is this a lot of fun or what?

I do wanna thank my baby for encouraging me to blog and her understanding of how blogging helps me deal with my pain, for allowing me to bounce thoughts off of her, and providing some insight when I can’t figure something out.

I wanna thank Cinnamon for inspiring me to blog via her blog (http://www.cinfulcinnamon.com if you’re interested) and for pushing my then-rookie ass out of the house to look around for other bloggers to broaden my experiences.

Finally, I want to thank each and every person who follows me here or on Twitter (I keep forgetting I have that enabled) because without you, I’d just be talking to myself, huh?

And, God willing, you’ll get to put up with me for many more years to come!
